No, not off the bat anyways. Wait- before you get all frustrated let us explain why. Strategies are employed by the thinking brain but when we are activated or self-sabotaging, our feeling mind is generally driving the bus. It more effective to remove the limiting belief that is activating the feeling mind first so the thinking mind is actually able to execute the strategy. There is no point in going straight to strategy when the foundation hasn’t been laid.
